HP Campus - Eligibility

The education or public scientific research institution (Institution) shall qualify for the HPCSP program if it is non-profit and is lawfully operating either as an university, polytechnic, college, a technical institute or technical school, a primary or secondary school, or a public scientific research institution exclusively for non-profit educational or research purposes.
